Will Lockwood, Architectural Technician
Born and raised in Norfolk, Will moved away to study Industrial Design at De Montfort University (DMU) Leicester.
Thereafter Will lived and worked within the Midlands for a further 10 years.
Whilst living in the Midlands Will became interested in constructing and designing building. Fortunately a basic understanding of building design, CAD software and model making afforded Will the opportunity to shift career and return to DMU on a part time basis.
During this time Will enjoyed a period of part time tutoring at DMU, assisted with the development of a new University Diploma course at Derby University and developed links with the School of Architecture at Nottingham Trent University.
Upon returning to Norfolk to raise a family, Will has worked primarily within the Education and Commercial building sectors for Feilden and Mawson before joining the team at Richard Pike Associates.
Will is married with two young Daughter’s.
Predictably has an interest in all things pertaining to Design and Architecture.
He also enjoys cycling, sailing and designing/ building unconventional radio controlled water craft such as Hovercraft, Hydrofoil s, Hydroplanes, Surface effect hulls and ekranoplans.
