Overview: The development consists of 5 new dwellings with associated infrastructure designed to Code Level 4. The scheme was developed under South Norfolk Council’s Low Cost Housing Project. RPA provided planning, architectural and Code services for this project. The scheme was developed in collaboration with the local community and the parish council.
